Where and who to call

  • U.S. port of entry: 720 East San Ysidro Blvd San Ysidro, CA 92173 United States, phone +1 619-428-2188. This is the port-level address from the CBP port page and a port can contain several crossings. Source: CBP port page, read 2026-10-20.

What the feed says about operation

Lane counts in the CBP feed for Cross Border Xpress (CBX): passenger vehicles N/A, pedestrians 8, commercial N/A. A maximum lane count says how many lanes the crossing has, not how many are open: the live panel shows lanes open right now. Details are on the lanes page. Seasonal and temporary changes

Hours change for construction, staffing and weather, and the agencies do not publish a seasonal schedule in the feeds we use. We show the hours exactly as each source states them, with the date we read them. If the live panel on the wait page shows the crossing closed, believe it over any posted hours.
